  • 1 hour minimum for each unrelated symptom
  • Malfunction Indicator Lamps (MILs) and drivability issues require customer pre-authorization of 3 hours
  • Electrical issues require customer pre-authorization of 5 hours 
  • Plus parts
  • Off-road/performance installations are the only instances in which customer-supplied parts will be accepted (see Performance & Aftermarket page)
